There are various characters associated with the Shabble Dabble channel, but most of them don't have much bearing on the videos themselves. In fact, if you're new to the channel and ignore the icon and banner, you might think Popeppi's the only character! They may not be very significant to the casual viewer, but to a real dabbler like you? They mean EVERYTHING. Let's get into it, shall we?
Popeppi - The channel's mascot! He was created by Baldi's Clone Machine, being a mix of Baldi's BNA (baldoxyribonucleic acid) and a pink 5-shaped balloon. He's the life of the party, being a fairly jovial and carefree individual when the cameras are off. As soon as OBS starts a-going, however, his demeanour shifts entirely, instead behaving like a Baldi autist from another universe or something. By that, I mean that when you see that PNGTuber move, that's me speaking. It's okay, he doesn't mind being puppeteered like that! He has several Baldi clone brothers, being Prodo, Dopeppel, Presto and Purblu.
Prime - The soul of somebody from another universe who now lives inside a computer in the Super Schoolhouse. Prime is the channel's editor and moderator. Every video is edited and uploaded by him, and he reads the comments as well. Yes, every comment. Behave yourselves. He may look a bit scary, but he's pretty friendly and only wants to make the channel the best it can be.
Prodo - The world's most Slightly Above Average gamer. Like Popeppi, he's a clone of Baldi, though instead of being made with a pink 5-shaped balloon, Prodo was made with headphones. He thinks he's "So Professional", but in reality, he's just a sweaty Tryhard who crashes out at every opportunity. Unlike Prime who's quite a nice guy despite his unsettling appearance, Prodo isn't hiding a secret warm side. He's cold on BOTH sides of the pillow!... wait, isn't that a good thing? I mean, I like when my pillow's cold! Do YOU like when your pillow's cold?
Dopeppel - A clone of Popeppi formed by combining Popeppi's BNA (again, baldoxyribonucleic acid) with... goat fur? Since the Clone Machine isn't meant to be used by its own creations, Dopeppel is a little more deformed than his brothers. He's still (mostly) all there in the head, though! Ignoring his somewhat annoying speech quirk of pausing after every few syllables, he's well and truly a part of the crew like the rest of them! He thinks he's the goat, and honestly, maybe he is?
Presto - Think Popeppi, but make him posh! Presto is a clone of Baldi made with a fancy monocle. He speaks and writes in a very formal tone, but outside of that, he's pretty similar to Popeppi personality-wise. He's rarely ever in a bad mood, and even if he is, he won't show it. To him, maintaining his well put together image is of the utmost importance.
Purblu - Purblu is the final Baldi clone to be involved with Shabble Dabble. Baldi thought he could make a powerful, almost angelic clone of himself by combining his BNA (you get the deal) with a blindingly bright light, but all it ended up doing was blinding the clone that came out of it. Fortunately, Purblu inherited Baldi's great hearing, so it didn't impact him too much. Just don't try to bring him to a library. He hates those. He likes telling long-winded stories about things he's passionate about, though his voice is a bit of an acquired taste.
Ol' Globe - This old timer has been around for ages! Back in his day, there used to be far more globes in a variety of sizes, but the globe population seems to have decreased in recent years. He doesn't seem to mind, though. After all, he's used to having everybody he loves removed and replaced. He doesn't do too much, but when he shows up, he's a pretty chill guy to hang out with!
Effaced - The sole surviving file of an intense computer corruption. He was initially volatile, but after some convincing from Prime, he calmed down and decided to live in Prime's computer in the Super Schoolhouse. One time, he got destroyed and sent to purgatory, but the requests of outside viewers led to his revival and return to the Super Schoolhouse. Nowadays, he's still in the Super Schoolhouse, though he's since moved to Prodo's computer since Prime wouldn't let him keep his giant cubes. Rude.
The Three Popeppis - The original trio that ran the Shabble Dabble channel until the Great BaldiWar of 2023, after which they were too shrunken from the enemy Baldis' shrink rays to run anything anymore! This tricky triumvirate is made up of Retro Popeppi, Scary Popeppi and Red Popeppi, who were replaced in 2024 by Popeppi, Prime and Prodo respectively. For the longest time, they couldn't do anything but watch the Shabble Dabble channel evolve from the outside, but with the Primer Party series, they were given another chance at glory!... though only in the intros.
